Samantha Cakes N Bakes

I love to bake things. The baking and decoration process is so satisfying and seeing the final end result of something I’ve created is a constant reminder of why I chose this career path and that I’m doing something I truly love. Nostalgia is such an important part of my life and I think being able to evoke nostalgic moments through baked goods and cakes is a wonderful thing.

After changing career paths from law school and wanting to become an attorney, to becoming a pastry chef, I am truly happy with the choice I made. Being able to create cakes and pastries that bring others joy, or recipe test and experiment with new and unique flavor combinations is truly satisfying and allows me to enjoy every single work day.
